Hello and welcome "newbie! Two things here: Always click Full image option. It's hard to see what is exactly going on. Secondly, it looks "smooshy", maybe a damaged mintmark??
Look for the die gouges (red-white arrow) Jefferson Nickel 1949-D/S OMM-001 Mintmarks may look somewhat different for each 49 D/S. Early and late die stages make the D over S look a bit different Mine looks a lot like Variety Vista's (below) but not exactly the same as shown in that link above. ANACS graded mine but I don't know off hand what the grade was.
