    What do you see?.. Is it incused into the field or is it raised?

    I'm thinking it's just a long scratch.

    I agree with paddyman98 it appears from the pic to be a scratch. IMO

    Simple check. If it's raised, it's probably a light die crack. If it's indented into the coin, then it's probably a scratch

    Sorry it took so long I'm not very phone savey. So it is a long break as if you were trying to break it in half. Like a salt in cracker

    To be fair, when metal is displaced by a scratch it can often end up along side of it, slightly raised above the fields.

    That said, if the OP is talking about the anomaly stretching from the rim towards Lincoln's chin, it certainly looks to be a scratch, especially when taking the rest of the coin into consideration.
