This is not something I am familiar with. It has a severe dip that forms a ring drastic around the sides of the building that is slight under “five cents” and absent above the dome. A.) is there a term for that and B.) is it a legitimate mint defect?
Maybe a bit of Indirect Image Transfer. Also known as Ghosting. Look and see that it matches the image of Jefferson from the Obverse side Not anything major.
