    All,

Got lucky the other night, picked up a nice looking 1948-D Franklin Half at the local coin club auction to fill a hole. I got it home and checked it out a little closer and it looks to be a DDO-004 Die Stage D / DDR-004. Thoughts on grade, I am thinking 62, a lot of odd distracting dings on Obverse?

Odd looking MM - was the first thing I noticed made me pull out the old CPG.

I agree on the MS62, old Ben took too many whacks to the head. Nice DDR.

Nice, very nice but I'm thinking MS-60. Can I have it to go with all of my other Franklins?
