    Looks as if it was ran over but marks and cast are visible and raised.

    I never saw one where the marks and cast are visible and raised. Are you selling it?

    It's damaged - it didn't leave the Mint like that.

    Everything unusual you see on the coin occurred
    after it was was in circulation.

    Corrosion, chemicals, etc. are the source of those
    surfaces.

    Coins are not printed they are struck/minted..
    Paper Currency is printed.

    I'm not feeling any type of way just looking for information. The coin is paper thin and the mint is still raised. I'm not an expert just curious so thank u for the correction.

    Acid job.. That's a reason for it being thin. The surface on both sides was eroded away. You can still see elements of the minting when this occurs.
