It's damaged - it didn't leave the Mint like that. Everything unusual you see on the coin occurred after it was was in circulation. Corrosion, chemicals, etc. are the source of those surfaces.
I'm not feeling any type of way just looking for information. The coin is paper thin and the mint is still raised. I'm not an expert just curious so thank u for the correction.
@Bunny82 Acid job.. That's a reason for it being thin. The surface on both sides was eroded away. You can still see elements of the minting when this occurs.
