1946-s quarter dd date

    I have a 1946-s quarter dd date it's in vg condition is it worth getting the coin certified since it has an error ? Any info would help thanks

    The only listing I could find was the 1946 s/s in my Cherrypicker's Guide. I shows the value of one MS63 at $50.

    The last error coin I had authenticated and certified ended up costing me about $60 for the shipping, insurance, authentication, slabbing and grade.
