1946 Lincoln Wheat Penny - Rim Error Questions Plus?

    Hi guys,

    I have this 1946 Lincoln Wheat penny with a thick rim on the right side of the obverse rim. Is this due to a Misaligned die?

    I also see 2 small metal chips. One on Lincoln's Face and the other on the upper part of Lincoln's jacket. Are these small die chips?

    Your Cent might if once been encase in a Lucky Cent holder then removed. Damaged.
    I have never seen Die Chips like that so I'm not sure.
