1946 Lincoln penny error?

    Looks like PSD - Post Strike Damage
    I know you are thinking it looks like the top of another 9 but it is not.

    Thank you. I had showed it to a few friends and they kept saying the top of another 9, but I didn't think so. Thank u for confirming I do, in fact, know everything. Lol. Or at least more than the few people I showed it to
