1945 Silver One Rupee Coin

    With that level of corrosion, its basically worth bullion value, It contains .1874 ounces of silver (.500). They had a mintage of 91 million so are not really rare.
    I believe these were counterfeited a lot, check the edge if it straight up/down reeding (like on US quarters) its fake, They used a "security edge" that had a groove in the middle of the reeding.

    just aging i guess. I got it from bangladesh and the weather is very humid there so that could be it

    That coin is a candidate for conservation. Soak it in something & get that green corrosion to loosen-up.
