1945-S Lincoln Wheat Cent w/ tilted mint mark?

    S mint marks were known for upside down punches. I really don't know the diagnostics for that but you will need better pictures for others who specialize in varieties to help you. Looks like damage also.

    There is a wide range of tilt on mintmarks. They were punched by hand so no two are alike. Some are close to the date, some far away. Some are tilted, while others nice and straight. Yours looks to be "middle of the pack" for both position and tilt, so nothing unusual.
