1945 P reverse mint error?

    I have never seen anything like this. The lines you see appear to be raised using my loop. What do all of you think.

    They are only scratches from circulation ,the lines don't look raised to me .Post mint damage

    Mint are u talking about the small raised area,at 6 oclock on the rev?? if so it maybe a small cud

    If they're raised (which they do look it) they wouldn't be scratches, they could be gouges tho.

    I don't think i responded to the area,were the OP was trying to explain. the fields of the coin have many scratches, that's why it seems more logical, that they are.

    There's no cud on this coin, the image that is present is the lighter in that specific area ,about 6 0clock,close to the rim.

    Joe from the last photo there is something there,what if I had in hand or a better close up I could tell.

    The raised legs of the A & the M in America that extend almost to the rim.
