Looks like the line across the 9 is PMD. It took a hit and scratched the surface across the field and 9. The line below the mint mark could be a lamination defect, but hard to tell from the picture.
minor lamination, imo (as mentioned above, hard to know for sure) the line below the D doesn't look like a scratch, and I agree it's also a minor lamination.
