It looks rough the reverse is missing metal from D in United shooting up at an angle to the right and this whole coin has some sort of striations. Any help would be appreciated.
Silver/Manganese Warnickels are notorious for improper metal mixture planchets - aka: Laminations Your's is a very very common, and minor, example of a laminated planchet. It has no premium over the value as a silver Warnick.
