It depends on the grade, or condition, of the coin. A heavily worn circulated coin would only be worth 1 cent. Less wear might raise the value to 30 cents. An uncirculated coin might retail for a dollar. A really nice uncirculated coin, with minimal dings and red color may fetch $35. It's all about the grade.
