1944D 5c DDO?

Hi folks. Are these split serifs I'm seeing? Thanks for your input.

I see the splits on some, but not all of the letters. CONECA lists 3 DDOs for 1944D, as well as master die doubling. Go to this link and see if you can match up any markers for the 1944D listings.
