1944 wheat machine or doubled?

    I believe this is machine but i wanted to double check with you guys before letting it go. I appreciate your time and responses.

    A photo of the whole reverse of the coin would
    be helpful, but it looks like, from your close ups,
    that the reverse has been 'brushed' to give it
    that wavy effect.

    I think the term the TPG's use is Enviornmental Damage

    The coin has had the surfaces played with some way.
    Still looks buffed in the close ups, but I don't see the
    same effect in the full (but small) complete photos of the coin.

    It's not an error coin, in any case.

    Looks like someone put ms-70 on it, or some kind of fluid ..

    Dang, but that is pretty severe machine doubling if that is what it is.
