1944 Ten Centavos Error???

    Hello newbie here, I have this Filipino Dime that has errors. Can anyone tell me anything about it or maybe a possible value? Thank you for any info.

    The I in UNITED is missing the top the first "T" in STATES is missing and maybe the first A in AMERICA is different
