1944-S/D? Wheat but is it a S/s or S/D???

I was going thur a bag of wheat I had put back. I found this 44-S it has a D under the S plus a extra S on top D/S here some photo.but not to good.
what do you see?????:kewl:

I can see the "D" so looks like a S/D MM to me.

 

I would have that puppy in the mail already ! Send it to either Wexler or CONECA and get it attributed !

Of course, the only one I found that was a possible was very badly worn and banged up. lol
