It doesn't appear to be according to my guides. The closest possibility is the OMM-2, but it just appears as discoloration or "crud". The OMM-2 has a very distinctive and apparent die scratch between Lincoln's coat and "19" of the date towards the southeast , ending almost directly under the tail of the the "9".
