I'm trying to take a good enough picture to post but this is as good as it gets for right now I see two mint marks. 20180929_222455.jpg

Can't be sure from photo, but many 1943 cents were replated with zinc later in their life, and if cleaning was not done well before, a lot of bubbles were produced which could look like RPM, DD, etc. , But will wait for better photos.
p.s. If the edges of the coin are as shiny as the front and back , it was replated. If dull steel or rust color, not replated.

I know they were replated and are steel cents they came from the Littleton coin company I bought all three at a coin shop for a dollar but noticed the doubling after I bought them does this company also add doubling along with replating?

No. just bad preparation or plating from what I see.
