1943 steel cent, how many mint mark placements on the "s"

I was going thru a group of 1943-s cents and noticed at least 3 different placements of the " S " Does anyone know where to look this up ?/

They minted 195,550,000. Dies were good for something like 500,000 to 1,000,000 coins. So I would guess about 300 different placements. i.e. each dies was hand punched in that era.
