Edit:for date I recently purchased this 1943 P Jefferson Silver Nickel Shot the obverse and reverse at two different angles to the light can't tell which one I like better yet and noticed what looks like strike doubling on the pony tail Just thought it was pretty cool and wanted to share on a beautiful Sunday morning playing with my coins.:hug: Stewart
The best thing I like about it is that it's the 1945 variety that looks just like a 1943!!! In all seriousness, though, I'm glad you've got your coins out and are enjoying them on this fine day. I like it, and I agree with you on the strike doubling.
