Its not getting graded but I think it looks nice enough to straight grade. It looks like some of the scratches are not on the coin as they extend past the coin in the pics

 

$6.43 worth of silver. I don't think it would get an Uncirculated, looking at the lions on the shield on the reverse, but I do like these.

 

yes could be mid to upper au . I do see some unc's with poor strike by the lions online but I do not know
