It's hard to tell sometimes when they're this worn. There are three listed in my CPG and I don't think it's 101 or 103. 102 shows the doubling more on TY of liberty.
Based upon what I see, I'm thinking no. Folks should keep in mind that the doubling on a doubled die is the result of a second, misaligned, impression to the working hub and as such will be weaker than a fully hubbed coin. Weaker impressions tend to fade to the background and as such are of lower relief. Being lower in relief, the have a tendency to avoid some of the wear that the higher relief portion of the coin receives. As this wear continues, the doubling should actually be a bit more equal in relief.
