can you get closer up on these pics ? sure they are worth something, but it's hard to tell from these pics what grades they have.
Like Yoda said, need better images. We need to see if they have full split bands and the condition. Uncirculated, those raw mercs will go from $4-$15 depending on the estimated grade, luster and eye appeal.
Hard to tell from these photos what they'd grade, but the odds that they're worth more than the cost of slabbing seem pretty low. No full bands for sure.
:thumb:Nice Mercury 1941-P AU-58 maybe MS-62-64? its hard to grade not in hand+W/lop!!! but what I can see is the middle band is not full. All dates from 1939-45-PDS with Full Band are semi hard to get graded today.
The 41 looks like full bands to me. The 41 S looks close, but I cannot say for certainty. They are pretty strict on the designation and it's just too hard to tell from the pic. The smallest break can disqualify it. Either way, those are nice Mercury dimes and certainly worth more than melt. I would say the value is between $6-$15 dollars still. If you were to sell them, the images you use can make the difference between a $7 bid and a $12 bid. Beautiful dimes and very popular with collectors. They made a lot of these, so the grade needs to be a 66+ to really get any benefit from certification.
Hi names Jeff I have a 1941S Mercury Dime if fairly good condition was wondering if it is worth anything
First, welcome to the neighborhood, Jeffery! It would be best if you started your own thread. Be sure to post clear photos of both sides of the dime.
