    Please don't go by eBay listings. They are awful in determining the value of anything.
    So don't mention what anything is going for on ebay.

    Looks like a legit Struck Through issue. Neat.
    if it was done post mint there would be damage on the reverse side opposite of the area in question. Like a flattened appearance.

    It’s has displaced metal on southern side of the area in question. I’m guessing PMD! From my understanding strike through would be smooth.
