    Nicks over steps negate full steps. Looks AU - I don't know what the last picture is - that is only Fine condition. I don't see a lamination anywhere either.

    Remember, there can not be any kind of line or scratch or nick that crosses one step to another, for it to be full steps.
    The TPGs are very judgmental about that.
    I also agree with Finn about the lams.

    Wow! They just keep coming, trying to fill a collection book. Still coin hunting. Just found a 1955p 8.3m produced.
