    The reverse is a lamination. Not a cud.
    I think the 9 may just be damage.

    A CUD is raised due to a piece from the Die that is missing when it broke and fell off.

    Thanks, I misinterpreted damage from rim to rim as a cud. I went to the site that shows the damage to a die that creates them and saw the error of my ways.
