I was searching my coins last night and separating them and I noticed on my 1940s that there was an angled I in Liberty. Is anybody seen that before know if it's worth anything or put a picture up

If that was an error, it has to be on the die and there would be 100,000 or 200,000 others just like it. As many coins as that die pair struck.
Metal like copper is relatively soft and it can be moved around. The most likely scenario (coins take a tremendous amount of abuse in their life) something hit that coin at that spot, and moved the I slightly. No error.

That is definitely just damaged, you can see where the I was scraped to the side.

It is more likely that something struck the coin at that spot and moved the metal.
If there was an error on the die there would be a 1940-S tilted I variety.
Here they are at the mint looking at the first coins this die produced.
    "Hey the I is tilted."
"No one will notice, keep production rolling."

The "I" in Liberty was hit causing the letter to shift. This is damaged but it's neat to have. Copper is soft and easily displaced. Thank you for posting and Welcome to CT.
