1940-S Error? on reverse

    I have enjoyed reading the forum. Working my way through coins that have been stored for 25 years, found this one interesting. Would appreciate any feedback on value.

    If that's recessed, it's PMD; if it's raised, it might be a die crack or possible clash. Hard to tell from the photo as it's not close enough to see the details.

    Thanks, going to library to get coin book an will take a better picture. My eyes aren't what they used to be
    Thanks, setting up the camera and going to look for a book on errors. My 10 year old just bought a box of pennies to search this weekend so we can post in the other section. CF
