1940 nickel error or wear and tear?

    I have a 1940 nickel with possible errors. The 0 in 1940 has some dot on it. The D in God has a line over it. So is it wear and tear or an error? If it's an error, does it have any value? Thanks!:D

    Die chip in the 0 and the line on the D looks to be the starting stages of a cud

    Looks sort of like PMD to me, only because of the amount of wear right there by the CUD-like area. Hard to say as to the 0, as it's pretty gunked up.
