    tell me your opinion on this way off center strike. Does it create more value when it is way off center?

    That's a neat one! I know that off centers with a date hold a higher value

    Great coin, and a date/mm you don't
    see very often.

    Worth about 10++ times a common date, imo.

    Very cool! I would think that you might increase it's value if you could (safely) remove the corrosion.

    Very nice find! Surprising that both the date and mint mark happen to be visible. It's worth grading it- once you find a harmless way to remove the corrosion, like Chris said.
