1940 Jefferson Nickel Grade?

What would you grade this 1940 Jefferson Nickel?

Any comments would be appreciated.

I'm not good at guessing grades but it appears there is a die chip in the 9, adds a little to the coins appeal (too me).

 

I'd give it a 65+. The Mark on his cheek will hold it from a better grade. Nice coin!!!

 

MS 64 to me. Under magnification you will see a lot more than you do in the picture. A MS66 Jefferson from the 40's is a Great Grade.
