what would you grade that as? and how much is it worth?

i'd say thats worth around $2.50 since its a common date and not in the best of condition.

 

I would say that it may grade at about Fine, ignoring the gougles on the reverse. Even so, its worth about $2.50

 

As silver, currently about 8X face.
