I'm sorry Jay, there is just no way to give an accurate grade with these images either. It is impossible to see if it has full steps. Anyone who tells you they can from those images, should pay for your grading submission. The slightest nicks or break in a step will deny it an FS designation. It's not easy imaging a nickel for grading, I understand that. But the margin is so narrow on receiving a FS designation. So go ahead and get some images like this:
