1939 Mint Set?

    I thought the Mint didn't start making mint set until 1947. Is this something someone made or what?

    That would be a capital plastic holder. A set assembled post mint.

    Still a cool set though. It would really bug me though because all the coins are catty-wampus.

    I think he meant they are not straight in the holder most of them are turned....

    Catty-wampus is an old term meaning not straight, or out of alignment.
