    1938 Hungary"NOT POLAND" 5 Pengo

These are the type of things I pick up on a whim when I go coin browsing. It is a 1938 coin commemorating the 900th anniversary of the death of St. Stephan. It looks almost prooflike in certain light. When I got it home,I noticed the beautiful edge design. This was some amazing coin artistry!

Mikjo0,this coin was issued by the Kingdom of Hungary, which was
nominally a monarchy, but it was under the regency of Admiral Miklos Horthy (ruled 1920-44). St Stephen is Hungary's patron saint, hence the name St Stephen's Crown.
