Thad, if those are nicks on the jaw and neck it won't 66 combined with the streaky type toning. The back would 66 though I think. In those grades for a common issue they will expect a little more to 66. I like the toning but they will say, "we got a thousands that are full red" and kick it out for that considering pure eye appeal with the grade/type. I learned this with MS-66 BN and above Indians both proof and mint state. They will go 65 BN without a hick up for a nice coin and the value is still within these grades both Indians and Lincolns as far as dollars for beauty. But to 66 BN they want a little more. They either want it to be glossy BN or toned or just a technical 67 really if BN or toned to 66. When or if in full RD throw all I just said out the window. Just IMO though - that's what I see here today.
