i was wondering 1st did the mint make any Satin Coins is 1938 ? Second this particular specimen is really Flat And Copper color . or could it be a a proof? Thank you .
Willy - this is a 1938 D. I’d have to do some research to see if there was a satin finish. Red Book may indicate.
