1937 is this multi struck rotated in collar

    1937 wheat penny looks like a multi stroke rotated in collar more than two different times it's not damaged but I don't know how else the front and the back of the Cent would have this odd multistrike of some sort any thoughts on this would be appreciated thank you

    And that's a DEFDAM - Definitely Damaged
    IMHO

    I see no evidence of a multi struck error.
    Just an altered coin.
