Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

If you have to go to 150x magnification to see something, then just about every coin you come across is going to have some sort of flaw. It looks like a normal worn 82 year old coin.

My personal rule of thumb is if you can see it with the naked eye (or in many of our cases with just your glasses) your odds of actually having something are a little better than average. If you need anything more than a 5x mag to see it, which is what I use to scrutinize all my coins because the old eyes just aren't what they used to be, then your odds drop off. I will however use my 50x to verify markers to narrow down which variety I may be looking at, but just for verification.
