1936 Walker, Proof or polished?

I have a 7-day return privilege on this coin. Bought on Ebay; not from a dealer. Mighty shiny, but holds up well side-by-side to a PR-66 1942 Walker. Any hairlines or marks are on the mylar holder, not the coin.

The left uhm, 'bazoom' looks a tad flat to me, but I am a leg man, after all.

As they say: "Some days you're the bug; some days you're the windshield." Which am I?

I don't think you have anything to be concerned about with this walker. Nice Coin.

instead of wasting precious time eating hats why not help me look for a cheap gem 8 reales the piece of 8 in gold is already gone in a few weeks i think the silver will vanish too.

and please dont make comments like that if u lose and eat the hat ull get sick

a better line i will give spock 500 pieces of gold :D

Look at the rim, see how the edges are rounded over, Proofs are not. And the coin does not have mirror fields, simply shiny fields. It looks more to me like a polished coin.

So are you going to send it back Postalx or get a local dealer to take a look?

Is it just me, or does it look like someone took a toothbrush to that coin?

...or are the marks on the obverse just on the holder?

Just the holder. Not a mark on the coin or rims. It sure got me going! :rolling: Fred
