SOLD 1936 Red Seal, 2 Pesos Philippine Treasury Certificate

This is a pre- WWII Treasury Certificate printed by the BEP for our Commonwealth in the Philippines. Approved by our President, it is payable in either Silver Pesos or legal tender of the United States. It is the harder to find Red Seal as oppossed to the Blue Seal. I graded it as F15 do to soilage from circulation. It's well centered, has light creasing and there is still some stiffness in the feel of the paper. All this for just $7.50 plus $2.50 for mailing.
