I purchased a few rolls of later date wheat cents a few months back for something like $1.50 / roll. I finally got around to looking through them and I found this 1936 DDO type 2. Looks to be about F-12. Best part is that it fills a missing spot in my collection. :smile Sorry about the picture quality, I'm buying a new camera this comming week.
OH man, I have searched 7000 or 8000 wheats looking for an error like that and the 1917 DDO. Kudos on your find and keep searching those rolls of wheats, you never know what you'll find.
jumpingrat, Nice find and at a cost of only $0.03, it makes it even more fun! The 1936-P DDO's are hard to find in any grade and they usually sell very fast. Frank
