1936 Buffalo reverse "FIVE CENTS" and other things...

    Not sure what these things are in front of the hind legs and also what looks like a leg but facing towards the rear.     Based on the 'Five Cents',
    it's mechanical doubling.

    Thanks, that was my guess but was curios because it didn't look like "flat and shelf like" which is often used for MDs. I also thought maybe the die shifted ever so slightly considering the anomalies near the legs.
