Got this but have no idea if it is worth anything. Condition could be better.

$30.00 in VG according to Schwartz/Lindquist

 

them brown seals are not cheap well, $30 isnt all the expensive, but they can climb pretty high pretty fast in value as the grades improve.

The condition of your note 'could be better', yes, but it could also be a whole lot worse

I would say $30, but I think it grades higher than VG.
