A PCGS graded MS-64 example. The marks are on the slab not on the coin. The coin itself is still blast white.
Could have fooled me...looks to be on the coin...the splatters all appear to end at the rim and don't go onto the slab. Odd, but whatever...very nice coin.
Yeah, what @Mac McDonald posted. The marks stop at the edge of the coin. Are you SURE they are marks on the slab? Either way, if it got an MS64 it passed their criteria. Nice looking coin.
Try cleaning the slab. If the marks do not come off, then it is the coin. At any rate, nice solid 64.
If I look on an angle they are not on the coin. One are shows a reflection but I can’t capture it on my cell phone camera.
