    Hi All,

I was tossing this in the culls bin but am having difficulty believing that the marks on Lincoln's Forehead are damage.

    Your opinions are greatly appreciated.

Try cropping out all the extra background the top of the forehead and in the hair looks like a die crack. If you are asking if the coin is AU or worse I agree.

Could it be struck through debris?

I don't think so, But we would definitely need better photos to help determine that.

    Hi All,

I've cropped them and hope that it helps.

    Thank you for your time.

If you mean that mark on his forehead above his eyebrow and the 2 grooves by his ear they are damage, just worn with age and circulation.

They're forehead lines, they come with age. 1935, he's no spring chicken.
