1935 DDR Buff?

I'm on the fence, leaning towards no because of what appears to be PMD across the "FIVE", but before I toss it in with the rest of the buffs in the jar I wanted a second opinion.

I think you are correct with the PMD assessment...I don't see clear evidence of a doubled die.
