Pass on that one. I'd agree with the detail grade but the coin has been damaged. Wait for a problem free example ;)

And finding thenm in XF is going to be tougher than you think. You'll have an easier time with low to mid MS grades, or AU, for most dates.

Ok thanks. Would it be better to buy the coins already certified and crack them out to put in my dansco or just to buy raw ones?

Either way works, as long as you can identify problem coins if buying them raw. If you can't or are unsure - just ask here ;)

Looks like it was dipped too much. No luster.

The severe abrasions on the cheek turn me off. The 1934-s and 1928 Peace dollars have also been faked heavily, often by adding or subtracting a mintmark. For that reason, I would suggest either buying from a very trustworthy dealer, or stick to reliable tpg slabs for the keys. Finding ones that have original skin may be tough, also. Should be a nice set when you finish it- just take your time!

If you are looking for it in XF wait, you'll find a better one. The marks on the check and neck are distracting looks lick it was slide across something.
